This condo was the perfect location for everything we planned to do while staying in GS. The view from the balcony was incredible. Just about every day we saw dolphins from the balcony (bring your binoculars). The condo is a short walk down the beach to the pier and just a short drive from everything else to do in GS or OB. The location of this small condo was exactly what we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. It's next to the Gulf State Park so the beach in front of the condo and next to us was very empty most of our week, even during Spring Break! The 8th floor balcony was beautiful and very private and the pelican fly-bys were one of our favorite parts. The only thing we wish we would have brough with us were binoculars! The pools were so fun! But even on a warm day the outside pool was too cold for my kids who are used to cold Idaho lakes! So expect to use the indoor pool most. If I had to choose something to critique, I would say the kitchen tools could use some sprucing up. We are every meal at the condo to save money and the knives were dangerously dull and all the utensils for cooking are the black plastic, which we try to avoid. I purchased a Brita water pitcher and that helped a lot with the taste of the tap water. I left it there for the next condo guests because it helped us so much. Rhonda was amazing and so easy to work with!
