This property is located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout with countless restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Take the elevator up to your Beachfront condo with a sweet, Gulf view that will take your breath away. Gulf Place was built in 2020 and holds truly incomparable condos; the modern sleekness, top-quality furnishings, appliances, and views are simply unbeatable! Enter the 4-bedroom/3.5-bathroom unit that radiates light through the giant, floor-to-ceiling windows that encompass the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy the large sectional for tons of seating space while taking advantage of the Smart TV. Go through the dining area that seats 8 into the spacious, gorgeous kitchen for more seating at the large-scale, quartz waterfall island! Any and all appliances you may need in the kitchen are here and of top quality to meet your cooking needs. Step outside to the expansive, wrap-around balcony with lots of seating to get the most amazing views of the sugar sand beaches; this balcony can be accessed from 3 bedrooms in the condo! Head down the hallway to access the three king bedrooms and the bonus room. Three of the bedrooms contain a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. These 3 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and contain their own private, glass doors to the balcony. Each regular bedroom also comes with an ensuite, sleek bathroom; one bathroom contains a walk-in shower, one has a tub/shower combo, and the final bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The bonus room features 2 twin-size beds with 1 pull-out trundle bed. This bonus room can sleep up to 3 guests. The half bath is also located in the hallway for general convenience. Step out of 303 and head up the elevator to access the amazing rooftop pool, the multitude of pool cabanas and lounging areas, and the incredible, birds-eye view of the Gulf Shores beaches and city that stretched for miles! Betsy was my contact and was so quick with responses for the questions we had to start our vacation. Wonderful condo and the rooftop pool/game room was spot on. So convenient to walk to the hangout and other restaurants and shopping without fighting for parking! It was easy to get to the beach (and the beach wasn’t crowded). We loved the rooftop pool and the little playground just outside. The condo building was really nice-only 13 units in the building so it was easy to get an elevator. We like to cook and had most of our meals in. Next time we will bring more kitchen supplies (extra pot holders, kitchen towels, good knives, and #4 cone coffee filters-all of the stores we checked were out of those!). This property was perfect for two families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, as well as the game room. The beach was steps away, and you could walk to multiple places to eat or get ice cream. It was perfect and a beautiful view of the ocean as we set at the table with our laptops to brainstorm! One suggestion would to be to bring extension cords for your laptops… only two plugs to access from the table and neither are close enough. Just a suggestion if you use it for business working retreat. The team loved it! Restaurants and general stores are within walking distance! Excellent location… If there’s a negative it’s where you have to park your vehicle. That’s a little cumbersome but still was within walking distance. We will be back! It was walking distance to several restaurants. The view was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. That one better location that you keep hoping to find. This is a beautiful condo facing the beach with sunrise views from your bedroom balconies and a sunset views from your living room -either from the two walls of floor to ceiling windows or the balcony. Interior spaces are perfect. The open concept main living space keeps everyone together as you enjoy preparing a meal, playing games or simply relaxing. The three en suite bedrooms plus the additional bedroom are ideal for families or friends who want to travel together. All design choices are on point. Location is amazing. You’re within walking distance of so many restaurants that you could eat at a different place every day for your entire stay and never repeat the same one.! The same with shops -you have so many shops that you can enjoy. You also have access to the local park. Of course best of all:the beautiful beach. This is a beach front property with access to a gorgeous beach just steps away from your door. The beach is incredibly maintained and never too But what really makes this a special place is the rooftop pool. Absolutely gorgeous blend of areas to swim to sun and to lounge. Price was reasonable. It was clean, modern, and easy to get everywhere. The only negative if I had to give one is that parking is a block away. Not a big deal when the weather is nice but it rained really hard for a couple of mornings while we were there.
