This idyllic location provides easy access to State Park Beaches, the Gulf State Pier, and nearby Lake Shelby. You're just minutes away from popular local favorites like The Hangout and the Pink Pony Pub. Mar+Sol combines the luxe comfort of resort-style upgrades with the convenience of a prime location to ensure your vacation getaway is unforgettable at this home away from home beach retreat. This unit is for sale and requires showings from time to time so we would appreciate you working with us on this matter... realtors are required to give us 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains.
