There was plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably in the place. We also loved that it was pet-friendly so we could bring our dog! The pool area with the bar and tv was excellent! We spent most of our time out there, it was a lovely space to hang out and relax. The location was also in a great area, we could easily walk to several restaurants within 5 minutes. The host was also a great communicator. Caitlin made sure we had all the check in information well before hand so we were prepared for our stay, and she was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Minimal sound transfer from adjacent space. Location is great! Beware of stickers in the yard! A short walk (less and 2 blocks) to food, drinks, beach, small grocery, liquor store etc. Neighborhood feels safe to walk after dark. Hosts communicate quickly and are accommodating.
