This stunning home, featuring three Master Suites, is located in the exclusive gated community of Kiva Dunes. Experience your dream vacation away from the crowds but with every luxury you could desire!  
  
Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for families—ideal for kids to ride their bikes. Take the included Golf Cart to the beach access. If you're in the mood for a change of scenery, another community pool is just steps away in the cul-de-sac. Additionally, the private heated pool in the backyard offers an intimate retreat. Pool Heating Option: There is a $300 fee to heat the pool for your stay.  
  
The second- and third-story balconies provide breathtaking views—overlooking the community pool in the front and the private pool and golf course in the back. The kitchen boasts a spacious open concept, complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The fenced backyard ensures privacy and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and bar, a private heated pool, and a fire pit—perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.  
  
Cancellation Policy:  
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.  
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
