Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you can think of. It was cleaned well. The host checked in upon arrival to make sure we had all we needed. The pool was warm and got used quite a bit. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach. We had a relaxing family trip. ##### Amanda G. The hosts are responsive and supportive and the property is well equipped for anything you may need in your stay. We felt the location was a great mix of quiet and accessible and the closest beach was a great place to spend time and our kids loved it. ##### Eric B. Kids had a great time with the large connect four game on the deck. Was really nice to walk a loop from 12th street beach access, down the beach and then leave beach at 13th street beach access and then back to the rental home. Comfy beds. Pool was nice. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach from the house, the heated pool was a big hit with our 8 year old.
