These cottages are situated just across the street from the beach and share an outdoor, unheated pool. PET FRIENDLY – One dog (25 lbs or less) is allowed in the unit. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay. Unit Features: • Balcony access is from the living room • Wood tile flooring is throughout the home • Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, unique cabinetry, a Keurig, and a standard coffee maker; dining table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating • Washer and dryer are located on the second floor • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom includes features two queen-size beds and a set of twin bunk beds (\*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk) • Community gas grill located in the pool area • Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out • Parking for a maximum of two cars underneath the house; no boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers allowed Important Pet Rules: All pets must be leashed at all times, regardless of breed, size, or temperament. For pets, not a lot of green space but it worked out ok. A short walk across the street to the beach which was very nice. We enjoyed our time. Traffic tended to be an issue late morning and then again in the afternoon so plan accordingly. ##### John C. The lower level was large and had lots of seating, the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and comfortable. Our little grandson loved everything about it - the bunk beds in the room with his parents, the balcony, the short walk to the beach and visiting all the little shops around us! Great location with public beach access across the street. Bed was very good for a rental property. The road noise is there but was not bad at all in the evenings and we had no issues while sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Kids room was awesome and allowed them to each have their own bed. I would definitely recommend this place. ##### Chris H.
