"The house has a very unique deck in that there is a portion of the deck open so that you can get some sun in the lounge chairs. In contrast, the other side of the deck has an overhang so you can escape the sun and sit and relax. Very few houses have this dual purpose deck which a real bonus. Also, the house has the latest streaming TV option such as Roku which is an enjoyable activity at night."  
  
"We loved staying at Sandra's place in Gulf Shores. The place was easy to find and so close the all activities and restaurants. Our most enjoyable time was sipping coffee in the robes that were provided for the sunrise while the kids slept. The views were breathtaking from the deck! The guidebook she provided was so helpful. Not only did it show the attractions and restaurants but also helped us become familiar with the house. We loved the restaurant, Perch, that she recommended! It was great to have the beach chairs and cart to lug all the kids' toys. The kids played for hours on the beach and it was so peaceful. There was also a cooler for our snacks and drinks. My husband tried out the paddleboard and he enjoyed it. It was so easy to communicate with Sandra. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆  
  
This exceptional beach home has four bedrooms, two of which are master suites. Both master suites face the water and are complete with King beds.  
  
The master suite on the first floor boasts a modern soaking tub in the corner of the room, right under a window that overlooks the Gulf. Sliding glass doors lead out to the main gulf front deck.  
  
A second bedroom on the first floor features a King bed, enough closet space, and a flat-screen TV.  
  
The third bedroom (second master suite) is on the second floor and has sliding glass doors that open up to a private gulf front balcony, so you can sneak out here after everyone else has gone to bed.  
  
The fourth bedroom is also on the second floor and is a playful space for kids (or adults) to hang out, watch TV, and get a good night's sleep. It has a modern bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. There is an additional Queen size bed as well, to accommodate two more sleepy guests. Built-in wall storage provides plenty of room to store clothes, toys, and souvenirs.  
  
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆  
  
There are four bathrooms spread throughout the home. Two of the bathrooms are attached to a master suite, and the other two are family bathrooms. The bathroom in the first-floor master suite has a corner soaking tub, a walk-in shower with glass doors, double sinks, expansive vanity space, and ample storage space.  
  
The bathroom in the second-floor master suite has a tub/shower combo, high vaulted ceilings, and an elegant vanity area.  
  
Bathroom number three also has a tub/shower combination, crisp white tile work and decor, sandy color tones, and a simple sink and vanity.  
  
The second-floor guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, pedestal sink, counter space, and plenty of hidden storage.  
  
☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆  
  
The open-concept living room looks out over the Gulf and has been recently updated with gorgeous furniture and locally inspired artwork. Sit back on one of the three plush couches or loveseats and take in the views of the water. Or, flip on the flat-screen TV and host a family movie night. Sliding glass doors lead from this sunny living room to the main gulf front deck.  
  
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆  
  
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare quick snacks or full feasts. Simply swing by the local grocery store and stock the full-size refrigerator and cabinets with your favorite foods. In some cabinets, you'll find kitchen essentials and all the plates, cups, and serve ware you'll need to feed a hungry group.  
  
The coffee and tea bar is a charming addition to the kitchen and will quickly become your favorite way to start the morning.  
  
Enjoy snacks or meals at the built-in breakfast bar in between the kitchen and living room, or get together formally in the dining room with the glass-top table and seating for four. Serve family-style dinners, or plug in your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done before heading to the beach.  
  
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆  
  
If you love being on the beach, you'll love all the ways this gorgeous luxury home allows you to relax in the sun and listen to the waves.  
  
On the first floor, a wooden deck overlooks the water and has both shady and sunny areas. Sit back in the comfortable lounge furniture and take in the sea breezes, or lose track of time in the shade with a good book. This deck is complete with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and an unobstructed view of the water.  
  
Upstairs, a north-facing balcony looks out over the crystal clear waters of the Gulf. Guests in the waterfront bedrooms can sit out on the balcony each evening in the padded sun loungers with a glass of wine, or bring the whole family out for a family photo in front of a stunning backdrop.
