Even requested extra towels to make our stay possible without a working washer and dryer and that took days. One of the two showers was not working correctly and again management made no attempt to fix it. Would not recommend Vacasa to anyone. And even after repeated attempts to reach out to Vacasa, they still have made no attempt to correct anything. ##### Kim O. We thought that the pass for the Clubhouse was included but they wanted$48 a piece for us to use the pool,exercise room and the sauna. It was not stated in the information. Unit was as pictured in the ad. The unit was very clean & nicely upgraded all around. Our boys especially loved the bunk bed option! Great use of space! Given previous reviews I was worried about the mattress in the master bedroom however we found no issue with it. Small suggestions - more towels should be provided so laundry isn’t necessary so soon. And basic kitchen items like salt & pepper that have been provided in other units would be nice. Balcony furniture was a bit crowded but otherwise a nice place to relax. ##### Taylor S.
