The general cleanliness was fine but the baseboards need a good scrubbing, as does the shower and towel bowl. The floor was sandy too but the property is lovely!! When we left, we forgot something behind, and Rick was so kind to find our missing items and send them back. If we could give them 10 stars for customer service, we would! Lots of room and everything we needed was included. The one downfall was the foot traffic from the upstairs unit was awful.
