All of the staff were so kind and wonderful. The pool area was kept up nicely. We were in the area for the Sand in my Boots festival and the location was perfect for catching the shuttle and being out of the busy areas. However I will say that we were not made aware ahead of time that we needed to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags with us, that would have been good to know before arriving. Our room was clean but had a really musty smell whenever we arrived, we later noticed a lot of mold on the ceiling of one of the closets and on air vents. ##### Taylor D. It is clean and well-maintained with a good gulf view from the balcony. There is plenty of parking and the pool area is nice. The back of the condo is on the lagoon with docks to fish from and a boat launch. The bed was comfortable and the AC works well. We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was SO clean, well equipped, and well maintained. We have a motor home, and come down to Gulf in it, but we now hope to come back, soon, to this same unit. Just right and great location for us. Our son needed a bigger unit, as it was crowded for them with four children, but that was their fault, not yours. While the 3 of us ladies were in the condo, a male staff/janitorial person entered our room. We had a wonderful time. The condo where we stayed felt like home. There was a balcony that you could see the Gulf and the beach. The weather was perfect - no rain. Even though the wind was blustery, we enjoyed walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony for meals and reading. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with stove, a microwave, pots, pans,and utensils. There was a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, an ironing board, iron, a vacuum cleaner and broom, if needed.
