Located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores, it’s convenient to all area attractions. Unit features: • Access to the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom • Tile flooring throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats four with three additional bar stools • Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom with king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanity and jetted tub • Second bedroom with queen-size bed • Bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out • Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes must be purchased at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (credit/debit only, no cash) Additional Notes: • This is a strict No Smoking property, including the balconies. Unit close to elevators and parking ( covered and uncovered). The unit was clean and the furnishing was reasonably nice. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Loved that it was accessible from master bedroom as well as living room. Unit easily accommodated our party of four. Kitchen was attractive and there was a small dining table. Entertainment system was adequate, and navigable in a fairly intuitive way. Only complaints; pots and pans somewhat limited (we cooked almost every day). The dryer had to be loaded in moderation or it became noisy. Finally despite checkout at 10, our door code was reset at 9:45 as we were loading up to leave, and we almost got locked out mid-process. Three doors down from the elevator and when you go down to the main floor, you exit and out the door to the pools and beach. The condo was spacious and really clean. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook all your meals. The frig even has an ice maker. Beds were comfortable and very clean and a perfect view of the beach. Condo is very updated with everything. Love the nice patio furniture. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. I spent lots of time out there. It was nice having the tvs set up by default to be smart and the wifi worked flawlessly because i was working while staying here. The view from the balcony was amazing, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes, and everything was clean. The only things we had issues with was the bunk room was VERY small, only suitable for small children, the jacuzzi tub was too big to fill with hot water (it ran out), and the bedding was very stiff and thin.
