You are just steps away from relaxation and your toes in the beautiful sugar sand beach. In the heart of Gulf Shores, Lighthouse is a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Forgot something at the store, no worries. Across the street is Island Market which is a great store that sells specialty meats as well as beer, ice, milk, and eggs. There are many amenities at the Lighthouse for you and your family to enjoy such as: Indoor Pool Two Outdoor Pools, one zero entry great for little ones Fitness Center Sauna Hot Tub Charcoal Grills Come relax and watch the sun set with unobstructed views at Lighthouse 602\. Located on the 6th floor, our unit sleeps up to 7 with a King in the Master, a twin over full bunk in the Bunk Room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Parking passes will be purchased onsite through Lighthouse and Driver's licenses will be checked when checking in. Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due.
