Some areas require some attention such as paint pealing from the ceiling, bathroom fixtures with rust and bathroom baseboards that need painting. The rug in the living area should be replaced to make everything really nice. The balcony chairs are nice but uncomfortable and could use some cushions. The online price was approximately 234 but after adding taxes, parking and Vrbo fees it ending up being about 300 per night. Overall it was a nice vacation. ##### Tom C.
