Look at our spacious and well-appointed 1,000 sq. ft. condo on the 5th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf Tower is located 1.4 miles west of Highway 59\. The Gulf Tower is a low-density high rise so there is lots of beach space for everyone and features 2 elevators. Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and yearlong enjoyment of ocean. This is NOT an open air balcony. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. This is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view. Our beautiful private end unit on the 5th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of Little Lagoon, luxury linens, TV and private bath. Only my husband and I stayed, but there is plenty of room for four adults or a family of four. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.
