Unit 114 is a cozy, 2/2 unit with a queen in the master, Captain's bunk in 2nd bedroom (with a full, twin and twin trundle) and a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing for up to 8 guests. The complex offers two swimming pools, BBQ area, and is walking distance to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, dining, shopping and The Space: Las Palmas 114 is an affordable, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the heart of Gulf Shores! Las Palmas 114 is located on the first elevated level sixth floor, offering beautiful gulf views from the private balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Las Palmas 114 features coastal décor, tile & wood-plank floors throughout, & comfortable furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, toaster, regular coffee pot, & blender. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, & flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a Captain’s bunk-bed with a twin bed on top, full bed on bottom, plus a pull-out trundle. Other features include: private balcony with seating for 2, dining table with seating for 4, small in-unit washer/ dryer combo, & wifi. Making use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area, Las Palmas 114 can sleep up to 8 guests. The nearest beach access is only about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the east, at the W. 6th St Public Beach (0.3 of a mile). Las Palmas features a tropical courtyard, picnic tables, four charcoal grills, two outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, and an on-site laundry room equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is no elevator so you must be able to navigate a flight of stairs. Las Palmas 114 is conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer, with many places within walking distance. Missing utensils I can handle but pure filth is another thing. The couch has not been cleaned in years and the chair has holes and is disgusting not to mention the blood on the curtains. I will say I called and mrs. Mary was fantastic. She admitted she had not been to this condo and immediately upgraded us to a nicer clean condo whoch was fantastic at windward pointe. I have no complaints at all for that room as it was clean nd perfect for our family.
