Features picturesque water views, expansive water-view balcony, private beach area on Little Lagoon behind the home, perfect for launching a kayak, sunbathing, or enjoying the water, easy beach access across the street, tile floors throughout, elevator, smart TVs in all rooms, shiplap walls, charcoal grill, washer/ dryer, and Wi-Fi. The Space: 4 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHS, Lagoon-front home w/ amazing water views, elevator, & easy beach access! Welcome to A Little Lagoon Time in Gulf Shores! Located 5.7 west of the Hangout on West Beach Blvd, you are out of the hustle and bustle of the high-density, high-traffic area. This large beach home is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Little Lagoon Time isn’t in a subdivision so there is ample parking and no noisy neighbors. This home offers picturesque views of Little Lagoon from the living area and expansive waterfront balcony. Other features include private beach area on Little Lagoon behind the home, perfect for launching a kayak, sunbathing, or enjoying the water, easy beach access across the street one lot to the east, tile floors throughout, large flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms, shiplap walls, charcoal grill, full-size washer/ dryer, and Wi-Fi. The entire home, both inside and out, was painted in 2023\. Once you enter Little Lagoon Time, you will be greeted by a large open dining area with a table that seats 8, the living area which features two 5’ x 5’ windows, & a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, double-oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker. The main level also includes the master suite, separate half-bath, two guest bedrooms, laundry area, large front porch facing the beach, and partially covered rear balcony overlooking Little Lagoon. This 3,000 sf, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. The large master bath has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a king bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and has two twin beds and its own private bathroom. Note: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 for an additional nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet (pet must not exceed 35 pounds, some breeds prohibited, must let us know if brining a dog for approval) Guest Access: There is covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and ample uncovered parking in the driveway for extra vehicles, trailer, or boat. While the garage is accessible for storage and to access the elevator, no parking is available in the garage. The Neighborhood: Welcome to A Little Lagoon Time in Gulf Shores! Located 5.7 west of the Hangout on West Beach Blvd, you are out of the hustle and bustle of the high-density, high-traffic area. This large beach home is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. \*To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. \*There is ample parking under the house and in the driveway for up to 8 vehicles and a boat or trailer. \*After visiting the beach, please rinse off under the home. \*The nearest public beach is 2.8 miles to the east at West Beach Pass. PETS: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 for an additional non-refundable fee of $250.00 per dog (dogs must not exceed 35 pounds, some breeds prohibited, i.e. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, etc., must get approval). No cats, birds, etc. Only small dogs. Must have a leash neighbors have dogs also. BEACH ACCESS: Walk across the street from the home, turn left (east) and walk to the second driveway to the house with orange front columns (2833 W. Beach Blvd, entitled “Dear Time”). Walk along the left side of the driveway until under the house and take the ramp to the beach. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. This could be rented or occupied by the homeowner. THAT IS A FINE. The homeowner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access and the occupant at the beach-side home is aware. This same principle applies to the lagoon access for the beach-side home. They are allowed to walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time under the home, and take the path to the Lagoon. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. OR The nearest public beach is 2.8 miles to the east at West Beach Pass. Super easy walk right across the street to the beach, beautiful beautiful beaches and ocean we saw dolphins and pelicans and seagulls.. some kinds which are absolutely really, no big deal. Are it would be nice to have a shower outside to rinse the sand off better. There was a little bit of maintenance that needed to be done on the house just minor things like this front stairway, some painting, and the bathroom handle adjustment for the shower. The upstairs bedroom one of the beds legs was coming off so we had to be careful with that but easy to fix the shower in the upstairs bathroom is very small. My son was 64 and couldn’t fit in there so we had to do some adjustments because he was the one that got the upstairs bedroom and we could not get the elevator to work properly, which was really not a big issue. ##### Kathi K. This property is really meant for guests driving in and bringing all of their stuff for the beach, towels, etc. Our whole group was flying in and we had to buy beach chairs at Walmart because there wasn't anything there. Also, the elevator didn't work. We reached out and someone came out to fix it, but they didn't fix anything, didn't leave a note as to what we should do, and didn't respond to my follow up about it. The house also had no dish towels and only one bath towel per person, so we had to do laundry multiple times on our trip - not ideal on vacation. ##### Lauri G. This place was perfect for our quick trip to the beach. We stayed for a few days and would have loved to stay longer. The home was a quick walk across the street to a nice boardwalk taking you right to the beach. The home was away from congestion of the main areas and at the beach you had a pick of your spot with few people around. Whomever owns this place needs to spend a few bucks. The amount of money charged for the house, it should’ve had better kitchenware, rugs, and furnishings. Old pots and mix matched everything. Didn’t even have wine glasses. There’s no excuse for even being sold.lthere. ##### Kim M. The lagoon area is great and beach is a short walk across the road. There was a coffee pot but we brought our own and also some extra kitchen essentials which were needed. It would have been nice to know that the fourth bedroom with twin beds was on the second floor. It would have also been nice to know that there was no coffee maker, only a Keurig. Nice property located close to all the Gulf Shores activities. The elevator was a huge help for my elderly parents and really boosted their enjoyment of their vacation. Furnishings were a bit dated and it could have used another round of cleaning ( which is probably typical as our trip was off-season),but the house definitely had all the amenities required for a hassle-free vacation. We had easy access to the beach, huge indoor and outdoor space to spend time in. The property management was very responsive to questions and we were checked in on constantly to make sure we were having a good stay. The house was equipped to prepare all our planned meals even birthday cupcakes. Loved having quick access to the bay as well as the beach. The beach was so perfect as we were one of just a few families. The walk to the beach was short. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee, and the large table was great for evening meals. It was a great week and changed our opinion of Gulf Shores. ##### Alicia W. The beach access is close and the views from the home were great. You can hear the waves from the front porch. We did wish for a few more pots, pans, etc that were larger to accommodate a larger group. The kitchen was slightly sparsely furnished if you plan to cook a lot during your stay. However we were able to make it work with what was provided for the most part. I would absolutely stay here again for the access to the beach and gulf shores. We loved being on the lagoon and kayaking with only steps to walk across to ocean. Great views throughout and the elevator made life easy with the luggage and cooler. Only thing I would recommend is front porch furniture and some dining chairs on back porch. This was my favorite of all the houses we have ever stayed at on vacation. ##### lori r. My husband and I and my 90-year-old mother-in-law chose Lagoon Time for a very special trip to the Gulf. It was the first time in years that my mother-in-law had visited the ocean, and it had been quite a while since I and my husband had spent time on Alabama's Gulf beaches. We had a blast and loved Lagoon Time. The views of the Lagoon from the back deck and living room windows were beautiful and provided a great spot to watch the sunsets. The front porch allowed us to see the white dunes and the blue of the ocean across the street. The house was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for either staying put and enjoying the beach there, or taking off for day trips and local attractions. We all hated to leave and hope we can return soon. ##### Susan G. The property was exactly as the pictures are. The layout was great for our stay and we had plenty of room to space out. The back porch views were our favorite. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening overlooking the water. The back lawn could be better kept--we ended up using the neighbors access to the little lagoon beach area with his permission. He was super nice and accommodating. The sunsets were beautiful. The place could use more kitchen appliances in general. Utensils/pots/pans/cups/glasses/dishes, tupperware, etc--all of the above. It was bare minimum in there. We ended up buying plastic cups and a new pan to cook in. Not a big deal-we knew the place was new to them. The beach access to use the house across the street made it convenient to get to and from the beach quickly. It was like having our own private beach. No crowds or rows of chairs. The check in process was seamless. The owners were super sweet and checked on us. All around, it was an enjoyable trip! ##### Lacie L.
