The beach had sugar white sand and only took a few minutes to walk to. The living room and kitchen provided a gathering spot for everyone. The beds were comfortable and having laundry onsite was great too! Gated community with security gate. Within 10 mins from main strip and reatrurants. There’s a huge, two car garage and a 5 seater golf cart. Tons of beach supplies/toys, chairs, and a tent. The main floor has a front deck, huge back deck, open kitchen with any cooking equipment you may need, living room, and master bedroom with master bath (big enough for a pack and play and away from all the noise, iykyk) and big laundry closet. Next floor up has its own deck, entertainment area with couches, tv, office area, and 2 bedroom each with their own closet and bathroom. There’s also an open loft with a twin bed. I believe there’s a couple of pull out couches but we didn’t utilized them. There’s a pack and play and a baby gate. The heated pool was fantastic and had a ledge perfect for toddlers! 5 min walk to a private beach or 1 min golf cart ride. We had 2toddlers and a special needs adults and this place was perfect for us, hope to stay again. ##### Sara H. I am giving it a 4 star because there were several "broken" things. The sliding door to the deck wouldn't open, the shower wouldn't work so we had to take a bath, and the pool heater wouldn't work. We were only there for the weekend for a cheerleading comp so the fact the pool heater wouldn't work was a huge bummer to us since that is the main reason we rented this house.
