Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. We were on the 4th floor, which is just about perfect for people & beach watching. A pair binoculars come in handy, since the beach itself is some distance away.The unit itself is very nicely appointed & the King bed is comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The 4 balcony chairs are comfortable and there is a small table.I would definitely stay there again. The building & unit are well maintained, the on-site office is staffed 24-7 and are very helpful & responsive. Saxon was great. ##### Wayne G.
