The good news is: ✅ Our building will always remain accessible during your visit. ✅ All shared amenities (like the pool and beach access) are expected to stay open. That said, you may hear construction noise during normal working hours on weekdays. We truly appreciate your patience as the complex improves, and we're doing everything we can to minimize the impact on your stay. We want your stay to be safe and comfortable! While our beach access is perfect for barefoot strolls in the sand, please wear shoes when walking around the condo complex, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas. The property is undergoing some exterior upgrades, so surfaces may be uneven or have work equipment nearby during the day. If you have any concerns before or during your trip, we’re just a message away and always happy to help! Need baby gear during your stay? We partnered with BabyQuip to offer clean, safe and insured baby gear rentals. BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. The kitchen was fully equiped, we had lots of towels and blankets and she was very quick to resolve any issues. Beautiful area with lots to do. The weather could have been better but we had family and friends in the area and we made do. All the pictures we saw on line were exactly what the property looked like. Alicia was very helpful during our stay...made us feel like family! This condo is just precious and is exactly as listed. We had everything we needed. I loved the little coffee bar and the fact that I found an oscillating fan in the master bedroom closet. I can’t sleep without the white noise. The beds are very comfy, and I slept peacefully through the night. I would definitely rent this condo again. As an added bonus, Alicia, our host, was amazing and made sure to check in on us. ##### April B. She surpassed our expectations and were truly a joy to work with. Everything we could’ve needed was taken care of and was very prompt in their replies. The condo location can’t be beat (this is our third time at Lana Kai). You’re a short walk from the beach, directly on the lagoon and right next to 6th street which allows you to beat the traffic of the main road. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach and has so many different kitchen appliances for you to choose from that makes cooking a breeze.
