Recently renovated with all new, plush furnishings with a coastal, contemporary design. Enjoy 2 balconies overlooking the large pool, courtyard, & beach. There are only 40 units in the complex so the beach and pool is never overly crowded. Features Wifi, well-equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, flat-screen TV’s in living room and bedrooms, easy beach access. The Space: At Gulfside Townhomes #32, you won't be bothered by guests above or below you. You also don't have to worry about the beach or pool being overly crowded as only 40-units share the 250' of private beach. Upon arrival, park under the unit, walk up one flight of stairs, use the keyless entry for access, and enter your beachfront paradise. The first floor includes the well-appointed living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and washer & dryer. There is wood-grain tile floors throughout the common area. The living room can comfortably seat up to 7 guests at once and has a private balcony that overlooks the beach, courtyard, and pool. The dining area will seat 6 at the table plus 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare meals for the entire family. Upstairs you will find the master suite which features a private bath, flat screen TV, king-size bed, and a private balcony overlooking the beach, courtyard and pool. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a twin-size bunk bed, mounted TV, and bathroom access. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Guest Access: Easy beach access. We had two adults and two children. The place offered easy access to beach and close proximity to activities, groceries, restaurants by car. We used the pool and enjoyed the beach during our stay. Windier than expected but sounds pretty common for the area. It warmed up and we had great beach weather. The pool was cold, never thought to check if it was heated. Worked great for me to wake up in the morning, but the kids needed to give it a few days to warm up. The townhome worked well for what we needed, it is nice to be able to just go up the stairs and youre right there with no one above you. Balconies are nice for sitting outside. There is definitely some maintenance that needs to be done on the unit. One shower door was hanging off the track when we showed up, a handle on a dresser drawer pulled off when my wife opened it, the curtain rod pulled out of the wall on one side when we went to close it, the drawer in the fridge is broken, and the vents in the upstairs bathrooms look like they have a decent amount of mildew on them. I'd say those 2 bathrooms really need fans in them to remove moisture, might save you from doing more patch repairs on the ceilings. None of these things ruined our experience there by any means, but when you're paying a decent amount of money to stay somewhere you'd like to see it in good shape. We were right there on the beach and the pool was only a few steps away from the garage! The townhouse was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had issues with the AC when we first arrived, but the hosts had it fixed by the time we came back from grabbing groceries and dinner! (Within 3 hours to be exact!)
