This condo is located in Gulf Shores' Plantation Cottages, mere steps from the community's indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, and boardwalk that leads to the beach. You'll be just a few minutes from the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Gulf State Park, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. You'll always come home to views of the Gulf and shared grills for summer barbecues. Things to Know Snowbird friendly Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4\. Guests do not have access to the indoor pool and fitness room. The amenities key does not provide access to indoor facilities. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Duplex was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 (with plenty of space for kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend. Couple minor points that could be improved: internet did not work and the property manager didn’t do enough to correct the issue. We just lost our mother-in-law. And my husband's mother. So this day together really meant a lot to us. Thank you for just being professional. As we were in the process of our grieving.
