The management company recently purchased it from the owner we were accustomed to. The transition was seem less, the mgmt company had great communication & we enjoyed the upgrades in the room. The kids loved the larger bunk beds, & my husband loved the large gliders on the balcony. Everything appeared to be brand new. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing we were missing and would suggest are pot holders. But no big deal, we used the dish towels. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfy. The balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed the chairs while having morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We ate every meal out there also.
