This roomy condo is located on the second floor of Buena Vista, an oceanfront property with gated access to the beach. It's a truly fantastic location only half a mile from Gulf Shores Parkway, giving you easy access to Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and within walking distance of a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Relax on the private, spacious balcony, where you can sit in comfortable rocking chairs, simply admiring the commanding view of the beach, the pool, and the gulf below. Or chill inside on the brand-new couches which include a sleeper sofa and a reclining loveseat. The condo sleeps eight comfortably. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private washer/dryer for your convenience, and a 65” smart TV with streaming apps in the living room and cable TVs in the bedrooms. You can’t beat the view! So tastefully decorated and well kept. Housekeeping has changed though. Floors were very dirty and need a good mopping, not just sweeping. Everything was clean. You could just go down the elevator or stairs and walk out to the beach from your own gate. Pool was nice & clean too. Small building was nice, it was quiet & not too crowded on the beach. Could walk to one or two restaurants, otherwise not much right next to the property. Only flaw was that I couldn't log onto the wifi... although the TV streamed Prime just fine. We will stay here every time we come. ##### Kasey P.
