Perfectly situated on the 4th floor of a low-density complex, this condo is your dream vacation home, where the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore will be your daily soundtrack. Step into the Primary suite and discover a serene space featuring a plush King bed, direct balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a Primary bath equipped with a tub and separate walk-in shower. The second suite mirrors this comfort with another King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equally inviting, offering 2 cozy Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for family or friends. This spacious unit is designed to captivate with stunning Gulf views, tile floors in the living room and Primary bedroom, and a flat-screen TV. CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. I’ve stayed in dozens of beach condos over the years and this was the absolute best one. The Condo is huge! With three adults and a child, it was more home than we needed but it was nice to have the extra space. Three families (with small children) could easily stay there comfortably. The balcony was so nice and the views are even better. The Unit was beyond clean. The bathtubs sparked! The linens and mattresses were top notch. I was impressed considering it was a rental property. Check-in and Check-out was easy peasy. The Unit entrance is directly in front of the elevator which makes it easy to get in and out. Since there are only 14 units, elevator waits are short if at all. That’s a major downside to staying in a high rise. The location is great. You’re mere blocks up to two miles from all the hotspots. All in all we had an amazing experience. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Carrie R. 20 mai 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Suitable for a quick trip & great location in Gulf Shores Basic needs were met besides not having1 single hand soap or bar of soap in entire condo, there is 1 single dish towel for the entire kitchen and we could not figure out how to turn the back bedroom fan on. Took us 2 days of messing with it but could not get anyone to help out after reaching out 5 times. We thought it was broken but finally figured out how to turn it on. Besides those minor inconveniences it was fine. ##### Carrie R. The sound of the ocean was sweet. The low rise was perfect, no issues w elevator, easy access to beach/pool. Unit was spacious, clean, and had a cute beachy vibe. It was just what we needed for our getaway. The weather was beautiful and the condo was great. We had more than enough room for our family and enjoyed the location too. Not a dealbreaker, but would have loved to have been able to catch up on my shows on the balcony on my iPad in the evenings. Check in process was fabulous...probably the best I've ever experienced. Location was great, beach was gorgeous, unit was spacious and clean. Overall a wonderful experience. ##### Jeffrey H.
