You must be 25 years old to rent this condo located in Gulf Shores This condo will sleep 6. · Master bedroom - Queen bed · 2nd Bedroom - Twin bunk beds - Queen bed Vacations are about memories. This unit was set up to enhance memories that will last a life time. If your desire is to relax and rejuvenate and enjoy the good life, this beautiful condo is for you. The cool beachy colors makes the space feel bright and airy. The side view from the deck is stunning. You will be able to enjoy miles of pristine white sandy beaches and watch the dolphins play and frolic only yards away from where you set. Here you’ll have easy access to shopping, restaurants and family entertainment. Sea & Suds is one of favorite seafood restaurants located only steps from the condo. There is also lots of shopping including all the local beach shops and the Tanger outlet mall located in Foley. For the adventurous ones in the family, they will enjoy the zip lines, jet skiing, and parasailing. The less adventurous will have fun at the Track which offers go carts, games, miniature golf, and rides for all ages. The Little Zoo That Could is a great favorite for everybody. Google it if you get a chance. The area also has one of the longest piers on the Gulf Coast for the fisherman in the group. There is also plenty of nightlife including the famous road house Florabama where you’re sure to make lots of memories. This condo is a perfect retreat after a day of enjoying what our little beach town has to offer. You can unwind and watch TV in the living room with a flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so everybody has room to spread out. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The guest bedroom offers a set of bunk beds and queen size bed so you can bring the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is enough seating in the dining room for four at the table and two at the breakfast bar. This unit does allow up to two vehicles except for during big events/holidays. Only one pass fee is included in the reservation, please notify us if an additional pass is needed. Regarding parking passes. This is directly from the owner's association: Parking restrictions: ? One bedroom only allowed one pass ? Two bedroom only allowed two passes ? Only one vehicle is allowed during main holidays/events such as Hangout Festival, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day! ? No boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed in the lot ? No parking in fire lanes, in front of dumpster areas or spaces marked no parking ? Booting system will be implemented going forward at car owner's expense. ? I appreciated the king-sized bed in the master and the three separate beds in the front room. The management staff was also wonderful with communication and helped us with an issue right away. However, the general maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. The furniture was not that comfortable. We found someone's underwear in one of the chairs in the living room. There were some grease-like stains on some of the bedding, the shower curtain liners were two-toned with dirt at the bottom, but worst of all- there was definitely some water damage/mold issues in the kitchen cabinet and utility closet.I know this may not bother most people, but as a medical mom, this was an issue for me. ##### Johanna L. Even a walking distance the children did not complain about. Being a smaller overall unit allowed less congestion in the immediate area. Great carts to help move things in and out. Parking was easy. However, several drawbacks:1\. Poorly stocked kitchen. not even a pizza cutter or scissors2\. INACCURATE LISTING. There is a MINI washer/dryer combination and NOT the FULL SIZE in the pictures. The dryer takes FOUR PLUS hours to dry. Not ideal for a beach. 3\. The condo is so tight you have to close one door to open another in the main room4\. The condo is a SIDE CONDO. Pictures of the balcony are positioned so you can't tell how much of a SIDE view it is.5\. The response from management about the dryer was "tell us where so we can update the listing"6\. Not enough towels. I know the listing said one per person per room--not even a shower rug for the floor. and with the washer/dryer so poor it was hard to wash things without significant effort. Unit was clean, but very aged. Towels were worse than Motel 6 and there was no coffee or filters for the old time coffee maker. Not what I would expect for a condo on the beach. We loved it then and love it now. There was only a minor upset which was the washer/dryer unit. No matter what we did the clothes would not dry in this machine. This obviously did not cause us to want to leave a bad review and in fact we tried to book this unit again the first week of October to sadly find out the condominium was already booked. On VRBO it says that a 2 bedroom would receive 2 passes. I sent a text message inquiring about an additional pass & was told my reservation didn't come w/ 2 passes & that I had to pay $35+ tax for another one. We had 5 people in our room & there was only 1 wash cloth in each bathroom. I sent a text to receive more on Sat & Sun but didn't receive them until Mon. There is a grocery store and plenty of shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The condo has a full kitchen. The dishwasher seemed to be mediocre, you cannot run the washing machine and dryer at the same time. And the washing machine won’t run on cold water, so you have to use the next temp up. The cleaning crew needs to be better. There was a VERY thick coating of dust on top of furniture and doors. Our hands felt dirty just touching them. The drawers were obviously not checked between renters. We found panties in one of them. And a bunch of cords, cable boxes and a random board games with missing pieces. If cleaning crew did a better job it really would have been near perfect. Despite my critques, the management was phenomenal in response time and gave me her personal number for further issues. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes walking from many great attractions and stores and a few minutes drive from Walmart and less busier restaurants. ##### Anna G.
