Very close to the beach and great pool. The parking and check-in process was easy. When we walked into the room the smell that greeted us was awful and there seemed to be mold around some of the vents which was surprising as this is a fairly new property. I contacted VHC rentals who sent someone to check things out while we were out. I was never addressed after, and the maintenance person that stopped by seemed to have just sprayed some air freshener. The floors were filthy and I felt I had to wear shoes while in the condo. We kept our clothes in our suitcases and they all smelled of mildew when we returned home just from being in the condo for the week. Communication with VRBO was excellent. Needed an xtra parking spot for 2nd car and they were very quick replying and getting us a spot immediately. Washer and dryer worked out great, we brought laundry pods. Coffee maker and keurig all in one so we all had what we liked. ( brought our own of each)The pool was awesome. Seaglass 403 is perfect location to elevator & stairs. Pier 33 right across street had good coffee and cigars for hubby. Would definitely stay here again !
