While it is older and does need some minor cosmetic repairs/updates, this is such a good fit for our family as we have young kiddos. Walk right out to a well kept grassy area, super short walk to the beach, close to the trash disposal and parking, walking distance to the restaurant Coastal and super close to Walmart/other groceries. We had a fantastic stay. The host was super helpful and answered a call immediately (ended up being an issue with the neighboring hotel’s pool pump, and not ours). This unit is very convenient to beach access and pool access. Unit itself is very roomy with all the necessities. I will definitely check for availability of this unit every year.
