Crystal Shores 703 is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 7th floor and is set up to sleep 6 guests. The beachfront over-sized balcony is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom and has an AMAZING view of The Gulf Of Mexico! The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa, 2 end tables, a coffee table, 2 leather recliners, flat screen TV, balcony access and an unbelievable direct Gulf View! The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, TV, direct balcony access with a breathtaking view of the Gulf! The private on suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an oversized vanity with granite top. The kitchen in this unit offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a bar area with seating for 3\. In addition to the bar seating there is a dining table as well so there is plenty of room to have family dinners in this unit. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and direct access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with granite top, a door that goes into the 2nd bedroom and a door that goes into the main living area of the unit as well. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has hard surface flooring throughout! Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout. Please Note: 1\. check-in is 3pm | check-out is 9am. 2\. no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the unit balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex 3\. parties or gatherings will not be allowed. 1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need. We were less than 5 minutes from a plethora of attractions and were pleased with the speedy elevator and ease of access to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family. Furniture was protected well and wipeable which was a big plus since we had toddlers with us. The porch furniture was comfortable. Perfect for my husband and I but had plenty of room if there had been more of us. Lots of kitchenwares for us to make meals and sit on the deck to eat. We've stayed at Crystal Shores every single year. A tropical storm was moving in so we only had a day and a half on the beach but we still enjoyed our stay immensely. Communication with owner was very easy- and he was there to answer any questions we had very promptly. The only down side is that the pool is slightly small- but it didn’t affect our trip! The floor could us a really good scrub - it was clean generally, just left feet dirty as though it hadn’t had a serious clean for a bit - but truly, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. Would be nice if the patio door worked from the master, but again, you could just go out the living room - not a major inconvenience at all. The balcony was perfect for watching the ocean from above - sting rays, l fish, dolphin - beautiful view! Hard not to enjoy the beach when the view is so amazing. No issue parking for us at any time under the shady part, and it was pretty quiet - not a lot of partiers in this building. Very relaxing. ##### Julienne D. Could have used more details regarding use of key fobs on gates. Our primary disappointment was with the master bath. This bathroom needed a total gut job. The space had a terrible old urine smell. Don't know if the smell was coming from the floor grout or the rug but it was nasty. The floor was cracked and crackled like it would give in when you stepped on it. The bath tub/shower was in bad shape and needed replacement. The shower curtain liner needed a good bleaching or replacement. The condo with the exception of this bathroom was fine but could not give it a higher rating due to this. ##### June C. This trip was just me and my husband. The condo had a clean smell to it when we walked in. Couldn’t go barefoot in the condo but that seems to be an issue in all the rentals. We didn’t do any cooking but the coffee maker worked and the refrigerator was nice and cold for our drinks and leftovers. I never do laundry on vacation so I’m not sure how the washer and dryer worked. Beds were comfortable. I’m a very light sleeper, so if my husband starts snoring I go to the other bed. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening was very enjoyable. Love the view from the balcony.
