Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5) Professionally Cleaned!  
You will love the views from this large curved balcony at Island Royale. You are just steps from the white sand and water in the Gulf. In July 2014 ABC's Good Morning America rated Gulf Shores as one of the 5 favorite vacation places in the U.S. In April 2024, USA Today ranked Gulf Shores as one of the Top 10 Small Town Beaches across the USA. Enjoy both Luxury and Leisure with a great 4th floor view, unit 405, of the beautiful Gulf Shores beach.  
  
Don't walk across the street or drive and park to go to the beach, this condo is right on the beach.  
  
Condo has recently been updated. New stainless steel appliances just installed. $3,000 update for additional dehumidificaiton added to HVAC system. New luxury vinyl tile just installed. Furniture and drapery has recently been updated. It is a very comfortable, clean and updated condo with awesome views of the gulf!  
  
This 4th floor Gulf Front unit looks out on pure white sand and beautiful gulf water. The over sized curved balcony allows for unobstructed views of the beach and provides a great place to watch sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor tables and chairs offer you the perfect place to have coffee and meals or to simply relax with a good book and your favorite beverage!  
  
KEY-LESS ENTRY TAKES THE ISSUE OF KEEPING UP WITH A KEY A THING OF THE PAST.  
  
Walking distance to Bahama Bob's and the Hangout. Large convenience store, Pier 33, across the street. Pier 33 – the coolest store on the beach! Whether you’re looking for frozen pizzas or flip flops, a sugar fix or a souvenir, milkshakes or beach chairs, a fishing pole, sand buckets, t-shirts or dinner, Pier 33 is the only stop you need to make. There is also a great coffee shop upstairs.  
  
Inside the condo you will find upscale furnishings and decorations. With 9 foot ceilings, new sofa, chair and love seat and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV in the living area you will feel like you are on a luxurious vacation in the Caribbean. As in the living area, the master bedroom opens to the balcony and is beautifully furnished with a king size bed and flat screen TV with DVD. The master bedroom has a office desk with printer stand for those wishing to take care of business while enjoying the beach. The master bath has a new walk in tile shower and new sink fixtures. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and allows guests to enjoy a flat screen Smart TV. Each bedroom has a full private bath allowing for the privacy you deserve.  
  
Four guests can sit comfortably around the table for leisure dining or playing cards or other games. A full granite bar seats three guests and provides a handy place for snacking or visiting with the cook. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops throughout and ample dishes and equipment to make your stay quite pleasant. There is both a drip and a K-Cup coffee maker. This condo has a utility room with a new full size washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with dirty clothes, and the large hot water heater provides plenty of hot water for washing bodies, dishes and clothes all at the same time. There are also 4-5 folding beach chairs, 2 beach mats and an umbrella stored in the laundry room saving having to rent on the beach.  
  
Island Royale is within easy walking distance of everything in Gulf Shores, including shopping and restaurants. The complex is only 83 units with 6 units per floor which allows for an uncrowded beach and comfortable use of both the indoor and outdoor swim-through pools. Comfortable wooden beach loungers and umbrellas on the beach may be rented by the day or week. There are hot tubs for your relaxation in both the indoor and outdoor pool areas. If you like to cook outdoors, you will find new stainless steel BBQ grills waiting for you on the ground floor and you can work off that extra hamburger in the workout/exercise room, sauna and steam sauna on the 3rd floor.  
  
Wired and wireless internet is free for guests in our condo so you have easy access to all internet needs. We believe you will appreciate that this is a non- smoking and “NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT'.  
  
This condo is our home away from home and we believe you will enjoy it as much as we do. We invite you to come to our condo to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of being on the ocean with all the luxury of a first class condo. You will not want to go home!
