The complex is within walking distance of the Gulf State Park and fishing pier, making it a convenient choice for beachgoers and nature enthusiasts. Guests have access to a range of amenities, including an outdoor pool, a poolside gazebo, a sun deck, and a hot tub. The complex is also well-placed for enjoying the area's unique shopping and dining establishments. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is beautifully decorated and can comfortably sleep up to four people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a mounted flat-screen TV. In the hallway, you'll find two twin-size bunk beds built into the wall and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A washer/dryer stack is also provided in the hallway for your convenience. The kitchen is well-appointed and equipped for preparing meals, and the living room offers a big-screen TV, seating for eight, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent location. The condo was clean, up-to-date, sliding glass door to sit out on balcony and watch the waves roll in on the beach. I will return to this unit. The only problem i had was figuring out how to use the front door locking mechanism. Management sent their maintenance person, who repaired the lock and i didn't have anymore issues. The beach access is a bit of a walk with kids and all the things. A boardwalk would be useful! We would not rent again without these three things being implemented. Otherwise, as a last minute rental it was ok but we would've spent much more time at the beach with better/more convenient access. The maintenance guy was friendly and always floating around saying hello and seemed attentive to guest needs. Our room was good. My girls loved the bunks and the pool/hot tub. We were greeted by a gentleman who was very helpful and answered all our questions. The condo itself was clean and fairly close to the beach. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub but they looked nice as well. Having the bunk bed alcove made it nice for our daughter to have a place for her belongings and to sleep. The balcony was a great place to sit and relax. I had noted that there was an issue with the sliding balcony door in other reviews . It still doesn’t slide with ease. It wasn’t a big enough issue to call maintenance about. The only negatives were the towels & washcloths were folded and ready when we arrived.. They were all still very damp. They were clean but not dry. I had to throw them all in the dryer. Also, from what I read there’s no smoking in condos or on the balcony. We smelled cigarette smoke several times when sitting out there. We think a pedestrian crosswalk would be nice so it would be easier and less hazardous to cross the street to the beach.
