Come enjoy the beautiful views of the Emerald Coast from our comfortable 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo unit at Crystal Shores located on the 12th floor. Unit #1202  
  
FEATURES:  
This high end, luxury rated unit has been professionally decorated with your comfort and pleasure in mind. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf while relaxing on our large 12th floor balcony. A Smart TV in the living room and cable with every TV offers great entertainment. The condo features free Wi-Fi. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances let you cook thing comfortably and stylishly. Located right on the beach and across the street from a small grocery store. A game room with foosball and billiards tables offers entertainment that most condos can't. A temperature controlled swim-through pool with a hot tub lets you enjoy warm water whenever you want.  
  
MASTER BEDROOM:  
The master bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the balcony. Sliding glass doors allow beautiful views of the ocean while you lay in the bed. Relax listening to the gentle sounds the waves and life on the Gulf of Mexico. There's a TV with free cable perfect if you want spend some extra time in bed while maintaining view of the sparkling ocean. A closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. A gorgeous armoire provides extra storage for clothes is you like to pack heavily. Bedside lamps offer reading light at night. Enjoy a private bathroom connected directly to the bedroom. Features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo unit.  
  
GUEST BEDROOM:  
The guest bedroom features a queen bed and private TV with cable. A private closet allows you to hang up your clothes and store your luggage away safely. A dresser provides additional storage for clothes. Have direct access to the hall bath with the conveniently located door connecting the bedroom to the bathroom. Enjoy the extra large vanity with plenty of counter space to set up all your makeup and other bathroom items. An electrical outlet is there for your electrical devices.  
  
LIVING AREA:  
The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and there is sitting for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the bar top counter. Enjoy a couch, loveseat. and chair situated around the smart TV. Watch your favorite shows you normally do, just remember to log out of your accounts before you go! Ceiling to floor glass door and windows allow you to always have an eye on the beautiful scenery. A TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn't cooperating in the moment.  
  
KITCHEN:  
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is extra large to really stay stocked up on everything you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer, and there is a spot to get water and ice directly on the large French style doors of the fridge. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. A regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware.  
  
SURROUNDING AREA:  
Crystal Shores is conveniently located out of the heart of Gulf Shores but still within reach of everything. Many others locations are just a short drive away including Lulus, the Wharf, and The Track. Just a little farther away is Foley, AL, which has great destinations to spend your entire day enjoying including the Tanger Outlet mall, featuring dozens of premiere shops and restaurants, and OWA - an all inclusive destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Entertainment includes a large arcade (often featuring gaming tournaments), a stage often featuring comedy shows and concerts, an amusement park featuring a full size roller coaster, and an indoor waterpark! Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor swim through pool and hot tub. A fitness center overlooks the Gulf for those of you who need to stay active during your vacation.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM  
Max number of guests: 6 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation  
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation  
  
Not Allowed:  
\- No parties or events  
\- No Pets  
\- No smoking  
\- No illegal substances or activities  
  
Cleaning:  
\- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.  
\- Please take out the trash before your departure  
\- Please wash all dirty dishes  
\- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.  
\- Do not bring in sandy items back from the beach.  
  
Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.  
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.  
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)  
  
Parking:  
\- Parking is included in rental fees. You are allowed up to 2 vehicles. You must let us know in advance how many vehicles you need or else we may only leave out 1 pass for you.  
  
Damages:  
\- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.  
\- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.  
\- Any missing items will be charged to guests  
  
Emergencies:  
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.  
  
Maintenance:  
\- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.  
\- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.  
  
Daily Maid Service:  
\- There is no daily maid service  
\- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation  
\- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.  
  
Hurricane Policy:  
\- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation  
\- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.  
\- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.

This was our second time staying here and it's been amazing each time. Love the pool, being right on the beach and close to everything but still quiet in the building. Can't get any better! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. Communication was perfect and check in was a breeze. We will be back next time we're at Gulf Shores.

The location amazing! It is why we chose this condo. Perfect views, great location, not far to travel to anything, great all around. The condo itself; we got in late on Thursday evening. We planned on using the pull out bed at we have 4 children. We stated this when we booked. There were no sheets or pillow cases for the bed. We made due for the night, just kind of an inconvenience for vacation when you travel 12 hours to have to make do. The condo was clean, but not great. We found hair in the master bed. The sheets were clean, so maybe it was the maids, not sure. Just kind of... overall could have been better. The dishwasher never worked. One reason we stay in a condo is we are a family, 4 children. I love the convince of a washer and dryer and a kitchen for my kids. We like to eat at the condo, especially breakfast and lunch. I wasn't expecting to hand wash dishes on vacation. Just another inconvenience, not the worst thing. I stated this to the owner and we received a response about sheets, received them the next morning. They never responded about the dishwasher. Also, the big plates are too big for the dishwasher. You will be hand washing them if you use them no matter what. Again, not the worst thing, I'm a mom on vacation, I intended to use it. Not the cheapest condo, so expected these things to work. Overall great place. We loved the actual whole condo. Beach access great! That company is great. This one is just maybe a little dated and could use a little love.

Easy to get to, great area, a lot close by, unit has all things you need to cook family meals, owner was quick to respond. This is our second time staying in this unit and we love it here! Only suggestion….maybe a fan on patio for when ocean breeze isn’t cool enough.

#### Retirement celebration

My husband recently retired and what better way to celebrate than a stay at the beach! Our children and grands popped in for a few days’ stay also and that made it even more special. The location is great for beach goers and sun lovers, with such easy access to the beach, no stairs to have to navigate. We enjoyed the hot tub but were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. The pool is very small but adequate for kids but even they refused to jump in the frigid pool! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs.

Not as clean as expected. The bed pillows were as flat as pancakes, and the screened sliding door from the living room to the balcony needs replacing to keep the bugs out. Also disappointed that the pool was not in better shape and the lounge chairs need a good scrubbing. On the other hand, a great view and beach!

Location is awesome to everything for food, grocery stores and entertainment. Loved this is smaller complex than big high rises! Condo has great space and amenities! Nice big balcony to enjoy the ocean view after your day at beach. Definitely will be coming back her for my future vacation to beach!

We were pleased with the condo, it was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The highlight of the condo was the view from the balcony, we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise every morning. This was our 4th stay in Gulf Shores and the best Condo we have rented.

Condo was spacious. Building is a little old, but still nice. Pool and hot tub are dated, but kids loved them. The beach was perfect. While we were there the water from the beach to the sand bar was very clear. It was perfect for small kids. At low tide it was only 2-3 feet deep all the way to the sandbar. Location is perfect. Close to everything. We had a wonderful 5 day trip. Would definitely come back.
