The room was everything as advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It is right next door to the famous "Hangout" restaurant/bar. And the fridge was froze up when we checked in. So the two gallons of milk, cheese, lunch meat, eggs, yogurt all had to be thrown out. But they got it fixed the next morning and everything was fine from then on. Units are dated and need upgrading. Elevators are slow and extremely hot, as well as the downstairs waiting area for the elevator. I cannot understand why they enclosed them in. Would stay here again. ##### Jeremy M. We got our things in and we grocery shopping. A few hours later when we we’re ready for bed the pull out sofa in both rooms 803 & 805 wouldn’t pull out. They were broken. My children had to sleep on the floor. The next day when I spoke with someone she said she would get back to me. When she did she told me she had someone check & they were broken. She said she would switch our rooms the next day . Since we had two nights in rooms sleeping on the floor she said she would comp two nights in one room & one night in the other. I told her that would be great I didn’t they we should pay for sleeping on the floor. When we checked out on May 31 she changed her mind & would only refund 20%. This is unacceptable!! I am extremely disappointed in Brett Robinson. We should receive the refund she originally agreed to. A total of three nights refunded. ##### Cari N. Within walking distance to almost everything one could want. The condo feel with the housekeeping of a hotel was great. Now the downside, if you rent a place like this for this full kitchen, beware. There is not enough dishes for a day. Our unit had 1 full size fork, 3 salad forks, 2 teaspoons and 3 coffee cups. No skillets for cooking breakfast and the stove was all to pieces.
