Our only “complaints” would be: The parking is a really tight fit and the ramps are not ideal for non compact cars. The use of the two elevators by both the hotel employees and all guests makes for a long wait. Ideally a separate elevator for the cleaning staff would help alleviate the issue. Also, the listing mentioned laundry available, but didn’t provide details. Guests use the property’s housekeeping laundry room on the first floor. To use the machines you need to pay $1.50 each. There are four washers and four dryers. The housekeeping uses the machines at the same time as the guests, which limits availability. They are also located in the housekeeping office and lounge, where the employees are enjoying their lunches and break times. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. We had a great time aside from an emergency room visit...no fault of the Phoenix...for severe sunburn. The only complaints that I might have is that the tv in the living room did not work in room 1505, the online pictures definitely make the place look bigger than it is and the bathrooms are super teeny and bathtub was old.
