Gulf Shores Plantation 6303 is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering 915 square feet of coastal charm. Nestled in Fort Morgan, Alabama, this beachfront retreat provides expansive Gulf views, resort-style amenities, and direct beach access, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or small groups.

The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser with mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, mirrored closet, dresser, desk workspace, and flat-screen TV. The attached guest bathroom features a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combo.
Living Area: Relax in the cozy seating space with a recliner, reading chair, and sleeper sofa. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment after a day at the beach.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked whitewashed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all essentials. The dining table seats 4, with an additional 3 stools at the bar for casual meals. Bonus wine cabinet available for evening toasts!
Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking pass maximum not included in reservation cost. To be purchased through a link sent after booking. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great trip

We had a great time during our first visit to Gulf Shores. The house was very clean when we arrived. We unloaded our car and headed straight to the ocean. There were several jellyfish stings during the week but that happens when you’re in the ocean for hours at a time! The kitchen had a nice Keurig that I used each morning. The beds were very comfortable.

Love Ft Morgan in the fall!

Best time of year, in our opinion, is October on the beach. Love the Shrimp Festival and Parrot Head (Jimmy Buffet fans) Festival, followed by Oyster Festival for three very fun weekends in a row!

Location was excellent! But...it was not cleaned! There were food crumbs on the rug. Food chunks under the tv cabinet. Plastic wrap and crumbs in corner under table. Chip crumbs on and in the footrest that had blankets stored in it. Black ring in toilet. I called the management and had to leave a message and never heard from them. I called the number on paper in condo to find out she hadn't managed the property since last December. We cleaned the condo ourselves and then enjoyed the view and location. Not sure I would rent a Beachball property again.

Great property

Loved the room! Picture did show twin beds which we liked due to two daughters but the full size bed worked out. We enjoyed our stay and everything was smooth booking the room! Will definitely be returning!

Greatest by Roaches at the Door

We were met with huge Roaches upon entering the room. The property manager never responded to my calls from Saturday so I reached out to them again on Monday. They sprayed the unit, yet we continued to see bugs. We were afraid to put anything on the floor, Or walk around in our bare feet for fear of stepping on one, or brining one home in our luggage. The utensils/knives that were available were rusted. There were 4 Forks and 4 spoons for a unit that Sleeps six?? We tried to do a load of laundry, and found the spin cycle didn’t work on the washer. We had to wring everything out by hand. Not a very relaxing vacation. I would never stay in this unit again. They did refund me 1 days rent.

Cute Condo perfect for family of four!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! The balcony was equipped with nice patio furniture and even some sand toys to take with you (we left a few in there to add to it.) Only thing that worried me was the locks on the patio doors did NOT latch. The front door lock was a little sketchy too. Other than perfect. The nearest store is 20 minutes away, so just be aware. You may want to gather things in one trip. This did not bother us at all. We enjoy being a little off from the crowds. Gulf plantations was well kept and the pools were never too crowded, always clean, and refreshing! Definitely will be going again!
