The public beach access is about a mile away but the property comes with a golf cart so that was no problem. The 2nd note is that pipes are being replaced under the roads around the community which is also not a big problem but we did not have water when we arrived. I would just liked to have known that ahead of time so we could have prepared for it. Otherwise, great house and good location. ##### Ellen H.
