The floors had not been cleaned well and we all had dirty feet and socks shortly after unloading. There were several food containers/ bags under kitchen sink from last guest. The information desk had no information about our stay and seemed to be there to sell parking passes. The pool area was cleaned as were all areas of the facility although the hours of operation were short. Our communications with our booking agent were GREAT ! ( be aware that you will NOT check in early , not even ONE minute prior to 4pm ! LOL ! ) The beddings , bathrooms were EXCELLENT as well as the furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped.
