The Breakers 31 is professionally managed by Island Rentals, LLC in Orange Beach, Alabama What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Everything was very clean, and it was very nicely decorated. There was lots of room for the family, and I appreciated that the dining table was large enough for all of us to eat at. It was also nice that the kitchen utensils were not cheap and everything you need to cook a basic meal was available. The location was amazing, and we loved that we were walking distance from the grocery store and several places to get ice cream. Communication with the property owner was very easy as was the instructions for check in and out. The pool was very well kept too. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times, but I think this was my favorite place to stay. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t stay forever. ##### Janice F. The only hiccup I would give this is the balcony furniture. For senior adults it was tough sitting in the high back chairs. It was equipped with 4 high back chairs and two tables. Clean and easy to check in. We loved the location. There were some restaurants in walking distance. We were right on the beach and the pool was right below us, but wasn’t noisy at all. I wake up early, so l would go out and walk the beach and watch the sun rise and Starbucks is right across the road so l would stop there on my way back…it was perfect. And Ron Jon surf shop (among other’s but it’s our favorite) was just a short drive. The kitchen has bare minimum accessories which make it frustrating for cooking.Thankfully we had another unit on the property that was better stocked or it would have ruined our trip. We met here to spend a few days with our best friends of over 30 years. The entire condo was beautifully decorated. The den furniture was very comfortable and CLEAN. Bedding was also comfortable, and the kitchen had adequate utilities. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the beach! The balcony furniture was attractive and comfortable, so that’s where we enjoyed morning coffee and nightly conversations with our dear friends. Condo was completely tiled, which is a plus bc it eliminates the possibility of walking on dirty, worn, or smelly carpet. However…tile grout was in dire need of a deep cleaning. The grout was black/dark throughout condo with the exception of 2-3 ft. from the walls. This condo was exceptionally CLEAN, so seeing the badly neglected tile was surprising. Nonetheless, we would definitely visit this condo again. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! ##### Melba H. The condo had great views. I’m a big bed snob and that master bed was so comfortable! One suggestion, have better instructions on how to use the TVs.
