Just one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border, Caribe offers distinct waterfront views and immediate access to the area’s boating, fishing (on shore and deep sea), shopping, and dining attractions. This beautiful unit is on the 5th floor of tower D. You will enjoy floor to ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico along with watching all the activities of the lazy river/pools. Other unique unit features include granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, designer stainless steel appliances, a wet bar, a full-sized washer/dryer, high-speed wireless Internet access, and much more. This unit is professionally decorated with luxury in mind! The large master bedroom features a king bed. The second and third bedroom also feature a king beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you! The private balcony overlooks the beautiful pools, the Gulf, and the bay! Caribe's onsite amenities are world class: There is an outdoor zero entry, tiered pool with water slide beside tower B and two hot tubs. Also between the "C" and "D" towers is a zero-entry, three-tier pool with three tubular water slides and two hot tubs. Each of the three towers has a heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The "C" and "D" indoor pools feature a kid-size water slide. On the upper-deck, you will find a three-tier pool and an 18 inch deep, 980 foot long lazy river that has jets that push you along the lush landscaping and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Adjacent to the lazy river is a large sundeck. Each tower has its own state-of-the-art fitness center. Workout rooms feature cardio machines with televisions, top of the line strength training equipment and free weights, locker rooms, showers, and a view of the adjacent indoor pool. The property has multiple other amenities to include three well-lit tennis courts. Tennis rackets and balls are available at Caribe's on-site front desk. Manicured putting green. Putters and balls are available for use at the front desk at Caribe. There is also a kids' playground, bocce ball, and basketball court. There are multiple fishing docks on the bay behind each tower. Walk across the street or catch a ride on the open-air Banana Cabana Trolley to the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, on-site game rooms, a deli, snack bar, and Cobalt restaurant is just steps away. These amenities (and the wealth of other available activities) truly make Caribe an oasis for family fun and excitement. Once you stay at Caribe, you won't want to stay anywhere else. The condo could use more lighting, especially in the 2 guest bedrooms. Consider adding a light kit to the ceiling fans, and I would consider adding a more seamless check in/check out process so that you do not have to drive to the office to pick up/drop off keys. It wasn't a big deal to us, but we do appreciate being able to check in easily after a long drive. We also appreciated that we were able to check-in earlier. The property manager was great, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Overall, great stay! We will be back. ##### Lacie L. Some are rotting, some sticking up in places which is a hazard as people are carrying things and unable to look down at each step. Our family enjoyed the beach and the rental property . We brought cooked meats & purchased sides from the local Walmart. We brought a fire stick , but was not necessary . Satellite television was good. There should be better instructions on parking passes. Three bedrooms, there should be a parking pass for each room. Bring a wagon to move items along the beach. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Valerie S. 9 déc. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### A get away I needed, and was truly relaxing our stay was back in early August 2021, this place was wonderful, the only time we left, were for groceries and souvenir shopping, other than everything was just great there. i do remember it was easier to drive to the beach because the walk pier was a great distance, pools were amazing and the kids enjoyed all the pools, slide area has way cooler water, the lazy river be careful on the depth of that, it was quite deceiving. lol. the room was so wonderful, as i had a group of 6, enough room to accommodate all of us, i do have to say i was glad to see they got rid of the black chair and replaced it with a cute recliner chair, my 7 yr. claimed that spot, nearby restaurant, and boating experiences available nearby walking distance. as we did not want to drive all the way into florida this was a great compromise. hope to be back! ##### Valerie S. Positives: \*Unit was well-decorated, spacious, overall in good shape, furnishings nice \*Beds were comfortable \*Pools were never crowded \*Restaurant and snack bar onsite \*Multiple pools, water slides \*Pretty view of ocean and pools from unit \*Washer/dryer in unit Negatives: \*Lots of alcohol drinking teens in pool and hot tub \*Lots of drunk parents (not belligerent, but a little much) \*Only saw security presence on last day of our stay. Halls and pool loud and noisy well past 11 pm “quiet hours” \*Pool deck is wooden and in need of repair. Saw a child get a bad splinter. They recommend keeping shoes on \*Couple of areas in unit not cleaned/things missed \*Bugs in kitchen (they sprayed after I told them) \*No Dish remote for living room (one never brought after I informed them). Couldn’t watch tv at night in living room unless we logged into our services \*Large ice maker did not work (never fixed after informing) \*Garbage disposal didn’t appear to work, even after we plugged it in. Maintenance came and it worked for them \*Broken shower door that was never repaired ##### Jamie W. It is in the perfect location overlooking the lazy river and swimming pool. We have stayed at many Caribe units and this one is very nice. When we arrived, the ice maker was not working. This was not an issue for us, but within a few hours of notifying the property management, a repairman arrived to make the repairs. ##### Dea P. Everything was in order and very accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for adults and kids. Beds were comfortable and enough pillows for everyone. Outstanding. ##### David C.
