Things to Know The Beach Club Bristol (B) is under ongoing construction for the exterior of the building. The scope of construction may block access or visibility of the balconies, and some amenities may be closed and rerouted to the neighboring Beach Club buildings. Workers and equipment will be on site and construction noise is to be expected during standard working hours. Parking and building access may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
