Location on the bike path, between the bay and ocean, was great. Property company could use improvement in communication. On day 2 of our 10 day stay we were informed pool needed maintenance and would be out of use for 3 days. We were compensated for the 3 day inconvenience. However, pool repair continued for the remainder of our stay. I called property company twice looking for updates but no information was shared. Having a crew of three on the property using loud equipment really took the relaxation out of the trip. Property company did not follow up or offer further compensation for loss of the pool:( ##### Catherine H. However I had my 82 year old mother in law and my 75 year old aunt and the STEPS were very challenging. I had asked how many stairways were in the place and where were the bedrooms and was never told there were two flights of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and one set of stairs to the first bedroom. The listing needs to explain there are no bedrooms on main level and 2 on the 3rd level. There are also no handrails on two of the stair cases. ##### joy p. The outdoor grill was so rusted we couldn’t use it & planned to a few nights. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but not horrible. The outside outlet was broken to the master bedroom balcony. It was a short walk to the beach & the pool was nice to swim in after the beach or a late night swim. Overall it was a pleasant stay & would stay there again. ##### Jamie B.
