Free Wi-Fi, located in Fort Morgan Dunes 303 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties located in Fort Morgan area You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. This condo sleeps 6. · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · Hallway bunk beds · Sleeper sofa This third-floor condo in the Dunes Condo Complex, located on the west side of the island, has all the comforts of home, including wireless internet and DirectTv, along with a view of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is a comfortable retreat featuring a king size bed, private bathroom, and your own tv. If the children are in tow, there are twin beds built in the hallway. There is another full bathroom along the hallway for the rest of the family and friends. If you decide to cook, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The owner has provided a Keurig coffee maker along with a Mr. Coffee. There is seating for four at the dining table along with three barstools for casual dining. The living room is very comfortable featuring a recliner and a queen sleeper sofa, so this condo will sleep six very comfortably. The sliding glass door opens from the living room to the balcony where you will find that gulf view and breeze. Also from the balcony, you can easily watch your guests swimming in the pool below. The laundry holds a full size washer and dryer. The Dunes has gated parking, a swim through pool, indoor hot tub, fitness center, charcoal BBQ grill, basketball goal and horseshoe pit on the property. For those who enjoy entertainment, Gulf Shores (only 20 minutes away) has a wide variety of attractions, including goofy golf, zoo, water parks, shopping and movies. If you prefer not to leave Fort Morgan and cooking isn’t on the agenda, right across the street you can enjoy local seafood or even a very good breakfast at Tacky Jack's Restaurant. Tacky Jack's is located at the Gulf Shores Marina where you can rent jet skis, paddle boards or kayaks. You can also charter a boat for deep sea fishing, dolphin, or sunset cruise. There are other restaurants in the area serving everything from local seafood, steak, pizza, and burgers. Historic Fort Morgan is only one mile from the condo as well as the Dauphin Island ferry. On Dauphin Island you will find the Estuarium which features huge aquariums filled with sea life. For golfers, you can’t beat the nearby Peninsula and Kiva Dunes Golf Courses. If you have your bike, there is a neighboring subdivision for light rides or Fort Morgan Road has a bike lane the entire length. Being so close, you could easily ride from the condo to the ferry for a relaxing bike ride around Dauphin Island. This condo is the perfect place for any type of vacation – from adventurous, fun in the sun, or relaxing by the pool. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right here with the Gulf horizon off your balcony and Mobile bay on your entrance side. One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you would like to purchase the second GRC, those can be purchased from the security guard on duty in the afternoons. $1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan! We had an excellent experience renting this property for a quick getaway! The response time for questions was very quick. Detailed instructions and important information was sent via email and text. Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2019 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Andrea C. 1 juin 2019 #### Clean, comfortable and great location My husband and I stayed here while we were visiting the area for my sister's wedding. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was primarily just the two of us, but we did have my nieces and nephew a couple of the nights and the bunk beds were a huge hit, as was the pool. Sunset did a wonderful job preparing us for our visit. Finding the property and getting in was a breeze. We stopped in Gulf Shores for groceries and miscellaneous items we thought we would need, but the condo was very well stocked. We had pretty much everything we could need aside from food. The trash shoots at the end of the halls on each floor made clean-up so easy! The beach is not a far walk, but the pool was such a nice sand-free alternative and there was hardly ever anyone using it. The marina is right across the street; and there's a general store not a stones-throw from there, so we really did have everything we needed. The only negatives were that the place was kind of messy -- not outwardly -- but when you opened the cabinets in areas like the entertainment center, the laundry area, etc. things were a complete mess. I ended up cleaning and organizing things during our stay -- it was not a big deal. The cable in the living also did not work and the DVD player did not work, either. The TV also needed adjusting, because even if by some miracle we were able to get a movie to play, it was all blown up and not the right size for the screen. There are four remotes and none of them worked ... I could not even figure it out using the controls on the TV. All in all, it wasn't important. I am sure had we reached out to Sunset, they would have sent someone, but I did not want to bother -- after all, we were there to watch TV! In summary, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. ##### Andrea C.
