Stayed here in early August with two adults and two older teens. Condo is well maintained. Great communication with the owner. We had everything we needed for our stay. Extremely close and easy access to the beach. We did buy beach chairs/umbrella at Walmart because the rental set up was set back from the beach a fair amount and the tents were required to be in the very back of the beach front. Balcony is small but great view. Clean and nicely decorated. The only suggestion I would offer is that the mattress are not comfortable and should be replaced. Also the front door could be more attractive with fresh paint. When I saw the front door (first impression), I was concerned but the condo was great.
