Other Things to Note: Beach Access Instructions To access the beach, walk across West Beach Blvd from the home, turn left (east), and continue to the second driveway at the house with the orange front columns (2833 W. Beach Blvd, “Dear Time”). Walk along the left side of the driveway, go under the home, and take the private ramp directly to the beach. Do NOT walk across the dunes. This is strictly prohibited and subject to fines. The dunes are protected, and the homeowner may have guests or residents in the beachfront home. The beachfront homeowner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this private beach access, and the occupants of the beachfront home are aware. The same courtesy applies in reverse: guests from the beachfront home may walk along the Lagoon Time driveway to access the lagoon path. Again—no dunes may be crossed. If you prefer a public beach, the nearest is 2.8 miles east at West Beach Pass. Cross the bridge, turn left to park, and walk across the street or use the path under the bridge. After enjoying the beach, please use the outdoor shower beneath the home to rinse off before going inside. For safety and property protection, an exterior security camera is present on-site. Spacious and very clean, there is an outdoor shower with hot water as well as an ice maker for coolers for the beach. Beach is peaceful and spotless. Great for kids and night time star gazing. This location had an elevator inside and ramped access outside to stairs that lead down to the beach.Property is as listed. Manager was prompt helpful and honest with all requests by text or phone. Property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen/common area worked well for the family; while a back bedroom/bath area worked for our daughter and youngest grandchild. ##### Thomas G. The house was very clean and was the perfect space with 5 Very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everyone said they slept so good. The location on the beach was perfect for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We practically had the beach all to ourself. The walkway out to the was nice andtheramp was perfect for my dad who uses an electric chair. There is not, however, a ramp to enter the house. Just one step up from the seaside entry. The elevator worked well, but also did not have a ramp to get to it. It wasnt a problem for us, but to someone who could not get out of there chair it might be.The views were great and we spent each morning on the porch with our coffee. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. We had more than we needed. Lots of games and Tvs in every room. The hosts answered any questions we had very quickly. The furniture in the living space could be more comfortable and the rugs slip around, but overall it was a great stay. I wasn’t familiar with that type of stove or oven, so instructions would’ve been nice. The elevator was handy for moving in and out, and the ramp out back was also nice. It is away from all the congestion of the main area of Gulf Shores. It was quiet and very pleasant. The home itself is well appointed, very clean and great for larger families.
