Extra Large Home, Located Close To OWA & Sports Fields! \* Pool heater is currently down as of November 1st. We are working diligently to get this resolved quickly. "Fun Daze" is excited to welcome your grandma, grandpa, kids, aunts, uncles, cousins, everyone! There is enough room for them all! You and your spouse can cozy up in the Primary Suite encompassing a Plush King size bed and private bathroom with a separate garden tub to melt away the stress! The Secondary Suite hosts another Comfy King Size bed with a private, attached full bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 & #4 both offer Queen size beds and share a full bathroom in the hall. The Sunroom off the Living Room offers more sleeping for all the kiddos containing 2 Full over Full-size bunk beds. Need more beds? The Large Living Room entails 2 sleeper sofas for the little ones! You can whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen or take it outside to the grill and eat on the covered patio tables and watch everyone swim in the sparkling, saltwater pool. If you can tear the family away from the fun in the home, there are many things to do nearby such as the awesome OWA featuring a Theme Park, Sports complex, Live Theater, Shopping District, Restaurants, and the brand new Indoor Water Park. Other close by things to do are plus miniature golf facilities, Glen Lakes Golf Course, The Gulf Bowl Bowling Alley, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, and Gulf Shores Place Beach Access is only 7.4 miles away! This home is also perfect for weddings or other events! \*\* POOL HEATING FEE: Pool heating is recommended for our cooler months from November through April. If opted for, pool heating fee is $50 per night of the reservation. Pool will be set on heat the day of your arrival and ready to enjoy. Pool temperature is set to 90 degrees. The temperature of the water depends on the outside and ground temperatures. \* Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. \* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking. Other Home Information: \*\*TVs are streaming only. No cable. Listing and signs within the house showed safety latches on back doors to lock to keep little ones from getting in the pool, all safety latches were broken. The latch to the gate around the backyard was broken, it took 3 days after communicating with the host to get it fixed. The ac was 80 degrees almost the entire stay. The host sent someone out to check it, said it was fine and was a big house just give it time. After we complained to Vrbo support, the host sent someone out to replace a part to the ac on day 4 of our stay— mind you we checked out on day 5\. A cleaning company for the pool showed up unannounced/unexpectedly right as we had just gotten out of the pool. We had no heads up and it felt like a violation of our privacy. The cleaner let herself in through the back gate and to the pool. Overall, we would not stay here again. We had to purchase pots/pans but that was fine. House need a few upgrades but house was listed for sale. Pool need to be upgraded. Wifi worked good. The house odds in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to Foley Sports Tourism Complex and even closer to grocery shopping and the outlets. The house is older but well maintained. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. We didn’t have any problems with checking or checkout. The pool was green, the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly. I had to call about both issues, got resolved the next day. The house could use some items replaced. The beds are a bit outdated, the kitchen floor tile needs replaced, and the ac unit controls were locked down. It was a decent stay at best based on how much I had to pay for the week. Probably would not stay there again unless it was updated some. ##### Bill H. The home was spacious but very basic. I am used to home rentals being stocked with basic essentials. There was barely enough towels for everyone in the party. There was no extra bedding or pillows for the sleep sofas and not even K cups for the Keurig machine. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and didn’t have pot holders to remove pans from the oven. The best part of the rental was the pool. It was very clean. The lawn was not well maintained. Overall, the house is in need of basic repairs. ##### Yolanda W.
