Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. It was nicely decorated, very clean, well equipped - blender, two coffee makers, ice maker under the garage area. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen table, couch was great. They had a nice wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and umbrella awesome cooler with wheels and a handle to go to the beach. The location was so easy to get to the beach, 3 minute walk easily, and close to Hang out and other popular locations. The pool wasn’t large, but nice and kept clean. There was a beach view from one of the master bedrooms upstairs. The other master had a view of the pool. We used the washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser in the refrigerator, the toaster, and the blender. Everything worked great. We didn't use it, but there was an ice machine in the storage area. This cottage is in easy walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a not-very-busy 2-lane road to cross with a crosswalk. There is a storage area next to the parking with many beach items including a wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more.
