Great view, but the bed was not too good.....
Overall the condo was really nice, pretty dated, but nice. It needed deep down cleaning (mold on the bath tub curtain, dust on the baseboards, and bathrooms). The worst part was the queen size bed! It was not at all what I expected since a King sized bed was in the description when I booked. That was very disappointing, especially when you and your spouse are used to a King size bed. Pillows were pretty bad as well, but for the most part, I would definitely return since the location was awesome and make sure my unit had a king size bed!!!

A big disappointment!
I booked through Expedia. When I arrive there was no front desk and no one around to allow us access to our room. We found out after an hr or so of searching that we had to go to a Realator Keiser to pick up access code and parking pass. After finally getting into the room we were very disappointed. It was nothing like the pictures. Our immediate view was marsh, the pool was in the garage and everything is much smaller than it seems in pics.
We were disappointed and never go back to this facility!

Spring Break 2017 Vacation
First time to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores did not disappoint...except for the weather, which had shown highs in the upper 70's when I started looking...kept going down, down, down to like the 50's most days, with brisk winds!!! Needless to say, I never made it to the beach!!! I am a creature that has to have at least upper 70's to mid 80's! I was very disappointed!!! The condo was very nice...would go back there in a heartbeat! Our unit was on 3rd floor, beachfront, with a fabulous view of the ocean, so I just had to enjoy that part, but way too cold for me!

We had room 304. Right on the beach.
We loved the room. It was right on the beach with great views. Recently redone. The latch on the sliding door was broken. We reported it and nobody ever came to fix it. We placed luggage in the path in case someone broke in we would be able to hear. There is nobody on premises to take care of anything. You have to go to the leasing office blocks away. The people checking you in are rude.

A fall retreat
Off season beach front property trips are what we are fond of. Great location on Off Shores, beautiful white sandy beach , very clean. Took a day to drive the beautiful Mobile Bay and enjoy some awesome oysters and seafood.

Beachside very nice
We really enjoyed staying at Crystal Shores. Be aware when you check in you have to pick up your packet of information at another location, otherwise it was a great stay.

Beach front condo good for the price, serviceable.
reasonably nice condo a bit older but in good shape. The rental is handled by an outside realty company and you have to collect your entry code at an off site office. There is no reception or lobby. This fact needs to be more clearly described in the listing on Hotels.com as we arrived and had no idea no front desk was on property. The customer service line on hotels.com got it straightened out and we got in within 20 minutes of arriving. Unit right on the beach we stayed in unit 304. Room was clean and beds were comfy. 3 star IMO.
