The unit its self needs a deep clean and updating. Size was good for 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was comfortable and clean but creaky. The pull out served its purpose for a small child however I don’t think an adult would get any sleep on it. The water pressure in the shower was great and the kitchen had everything we needed to make “at home” meals. Cons: when we arrived the unit had a strong smell of mold, it was “reported” but never heard anything more from Vacasa. This listing says it’s recently renovated. Nothing in the place is renovated. All of the furniture is from the 90’s, which would be fine if it was in good shape. Kitchen cabinet door almost fell off the wall when opened, towel rack fell off the wall when a towel was pulled off of it. Trash on the floor, stained pillowcase, both of our windows were opened when we checked in…weird. Paint cans in the closet where you keep clothes, paint peeling off of the kitchen mirror. First condo I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t provide coffee. Pictures barely hanging on the wall. Chipped paint on all of the walls. Just ridiculous! ##### Mandi S. There’s a hole in bathroom door. We had small ants on kitchen counters when we arrived and sand was on the floors. Woke up one night to a small lizard on the dresser by the bed. Cable tv never worked we tried calling several times and sent email but never got through or heard back from anyone. There’s lots of construction and areas are blocked including lots of parking around the complex. The pool area was nice and clean as well as the beach. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves and tried to make the best of our trip. Just tried to not spend much time in room. Would of liked better communication when we tried to reach out before and even during our trip. ##### Patricia B. Payed for a late checkout until 7pm and when we got back to the condo we were locked out. No one would help us including the number provided by Homeaway. Their response was “sorry, we tried to reach someone and couldn’t. We don’t know what the problem is” we’re screwed. Then they lied to us and said they called and they didn’t! So maddening I may never use Homeaway again. ##### Krissy M. Séjour de 2 nuits en février 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Scott R. 31 août 2018 #### Great Vacation For anyone that would like to be on the beach and feel at peace this is the place to stay. My entourage and myself were probably staying in one of the furthest condos from the beach and we were able to be at the beach in 5 or less minutes. We did this while carrying our umbrellas, coolers, and beach bags. The condo had all the comforts of home. 5 Stars all the way. ##### Scott R. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2018
