The KING memory foam bed is ideal for one or two people. Elevator access, so no climbing stairs. This is a small studio, so please do not expect a large apartment. Floor seemed rushed cleaned and the ceiling has mold or seems to be mold in cracks and the ceiling fan is covered in dust. The vanity mirror needs to be replaced due to film on it. We really didn't have any problems. It's right by a venue that plays music that's loud enough to hear, so make note of that.
