You must be 25 years old to rent this property located in Fort Morgan area. This home will sleep 5. · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · 2nd Bedroom - Twin over full bed This completely renovated 2 bedroom home is the perfect place to relax. Located on the historical Mobile Bay approximately 2 miles from the actual fort at Ft Morgan, Alabama. You'll be so pleasantly surprised at the delightful cottage, that has amazing space and sleeping accommodations for 5\. You'll enjoy a king size bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom boasts of a twin over full bunk to accommodate children or adults alike. You'll enjoy cooking meals or just preparing beach snacks in the fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. There is no icemaker in the refrigerator. There is a large 65" tv on the wall in the living room. The views, fishing, and relaxing are what this Reel house is all about. This home is pet friendly. SMALL DOG ONLY, no larger than 25lbs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. No other pets allowed. Please call the office to book a pet friendly property. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the exception of a large mixing bowl. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the beds were super comfy. There were several soft or weak areas in the hallway flooring. The property manager was contacted with an immediate response. Throughout the stay though, the flooring in front of the cold air return vent began to crack.The property is located on the bay with a short walk to the ocean. During low tide, the water is very shallow in front of the house but was deep enough to launch our kayaks. The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean. The area under the house had a nice setup with crabbing equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, cleaning table, shower, etc; however, the ceiling is very low. If you are taller than 5’8, you have to duck in order to walk under the house. Needless to say, our mid-sized suv would not fit under the house. There was some trash lying around the edges of the concrete pad underneath the house. There was only one outside door to the home which was concerning to me in case of an emergency. Pictures show a relaxing little cottage but little did we know they were building 2 houses right next door. Workers were there from early morning to late night, hammering, drilling and making a lot of noise. The peaceful retreat was far from it! The house being built next door is approximately 10-15 feet away, so very close. The cleanliness of the house was questionable also. Seems there were several spills and stains throughout the house. Kitchen counters had a spill of white goo??? No I would not recommend this house unless you had very low expectations! ##### Linda O. The view from the porch of the bay was absolutely stunning. We were close to a public beach access (was a little walk,but that’s ok). My son loved fishing off the private dock. House was very well stocked in the kitchen. My only concern was the grass. It was knee high and never cut the whole time we were there. I even texted the property management on the first day. My grand kids kept getting thorns in their legs trying to walk to the house ##### Michelle B. The condo was just as advertised and it was simply spotless when we arrived. The vacant lots on both sides of the condo is a blessing and irritation. They could use some yard work done because the grass is super high and since we brought our fur baby it was a little stressful being that close to such high grass. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Great quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach across the street and the oyster floats in the bay are interesting to watch. While we were there they were emptying the floats and the amount of oysters from each float was simply amazing. Tacky Jack's and Sassy Bass Pizza is super close as well so that was very nice :) Hope to stay again soon. ##### Sandy B.
